Refund policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We want you to be 100% happy with your sheets, so the only thing you need to do is to contact us so we can match your product to your order.
To start a return, you can contact us at jae@the4thcorner.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The 4th Corner, PO Box 111, Woy Woy, NSW, 2256
If your return is within the 90 days, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the sheets have been returned to us we will issue the refund.
Note: if it is a manufacturing issue, please contact us. You are covered by the standard 12 months, but we know your sheets will last much longer!!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
